Louis Roederer is one of the largest remaining independent Champagne Houses, owned by the Rouzaud Family. It is based in Reims, France. Tsar Nicholas II nominated Louis Roederer as official wine supplier to the Imperial Court of Russia. Thus it became known as the "Champagne of the Tsars". The annual production of its unprecedented quality sparkling wines represents just 2,5 million bottles. Such self-limitation is based exceptionally on the company's tendency to lead the greatest control over its production. Louis Roederer is reponsible for every bottle of champagne that it has produced and delivered to restaurant, any hotel or any shop of the world.
